• Minimum 2-hour bookings. Time slots: 9 am–11 am, 1 pm–3 pm, or 5 pm–7 pm. Events ending after 8 p.m. may incur an additional fee. Reservations require a prepayment to be secured. Canceled reservations will incur a $50.00 rebooking fee. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date will not receive a refund. A change of address within 24 hours of a scheduled event will incur a $75 change fee and may be subject to cancellation.
• Corporate, fundraisers, and all-day events call for special pricing. We are fully insured. Additional insurance listings may incur an additional fee.
• Traveling over 20 miles from Oswego, Illinois, may incur a mileage charge. Parties of 25 or more will require an additional game coach fee of $75.00 for the first two hours and $25.00 for each additional hour.
